Culottes, the new trend that has been around before

CULOTTES ARE BACK! I recently wandered through the shops at the Garden City Shopping centre in Perth, and no matter which shop you go into, culottes (AKA Palazzo pants) are everywhere to be seen. I admit, I'm glad to see them back........but how do you wear them?
